- Capture and Document the CFT inputs in Project Review and Resource Planning Sheet.
- Develop Final TDR with CFT inputs and submit to the Customer.
- Develop all standardized PPAP (Production Part approval Process) documents either in AIAG format or customer Specific Document(e.g. Process Flow Diagram,Control Plan,PFMEA,Packing Standard etc.)and submit to the customer. Modify the documents based on customer inputs if required.
- Periodic Updation of Standardised documents based on ECRN or inputs from all shop due to change in process parameter.
- Develop micro level internal process flow chart and support production in respective department.
- Capture all Customer Specific Requirement the time of development of the parts and update periodically.
- Support closing of all action item based on PPAP audit conducted by the customer.
- Support process audits and product audits.
- Communicate customer requirement to relevant department.
