At that time, the Northeast Cluster comprised eight factories — six in Assam, one in Meghalaya, and one in Sikkim — with a total workforce of approximately 3,500 employees, including contractual staff. Over the last three years, four factories were closed due to category de-growth and consolidation of operations.

Promoted to Senior Officer in 2023. Senior officer HR – NE Manufacturing Cluster from 1st April 2021 – 12th Sep 2025 (4.5 years).

• Managed talent acquisition, position management, Service Hub requests, and workforce analytics leveraging, report generation, changes in SuccessFactors and PeopleStrong. Administered payroll, attendance, and HRMIS data across the NE Cluster using Dayforce, ADP India, Starlink, and SAP HR.
