As a recent Chemical Engineering graduate with expertise in Primavera, I am adept at preparing and submitting Baseline Programmes and providing Programme Updates to meet project requirements. My experience includes developing Resource/Cost Loaded Programmes and generating comprehensive Dashboard Reports, including Cashflow S-Curves, Resource/Cost Histograms, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics such as Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI). I excel in conducting Critical Path Analysis, reviewing Risk Mitigation Measures, and performing Delay Analysis of Project Programmes.
Additionally, I have a proven ability to support Change Management by integrating change references and conducting impact analysis to ensure effective programme control and monitoring.
