- 10+ years of experience as Software Test Analyst across various domains and applications
- Currently working in HCL Technologies
- Experience in different types of testing like Functional Testing, Regression testing, Smoke testing, AI AND DML testing(Power BI),chatbot testing, mobile testing(headspin),API testing and Web testing.
- Familiar with Waterfall models and Agile Method Technology
- Having knowledge on Test Automation tool- Selenium and supported automation team for developing scripts using Page Object Model Framework
- Experience in handling critical projects and documentation necessary in all phases of STLC (Test
Estimation, Test Strategy Preparation, Planning, Requirement Analysis, Test Design, Test Execution, Test Closure)
● Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handled multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven abilities in team
- Major applications worked for: VISTA, FileNet (Oracle), ASC, ACA,(Web based),ADS,EDI (mainframe application) ESAWS, CAG,TRACKWISE,DOCSHIFTER,CHATBOT,STRATIFYD and CRM Application
- Good knowledge in SQL, hive
- Handled Monthly Operation reports -shared with the clients each month without any discrepancies.
