Established own venture in Marine Lines and continued to operate from there. Built relationships with a well-known Audit firm and other connections, take on outsourcing projects and handle them independently. Conducted outsourced internal audits. Occasionally got involved in RBI audits as well.

Assisted Angel once again with their second fresh round of fundraising and migration to Oracle ERPs. Oversaw the entire Oracle migration process, including the implementation of BI tools for utilizing live data effectively. Pivotal role in the screening process, conducting thorough due diligence, and coordinating with stakeholders for the third fresh round of fundraising.

Evaluated merchant bankers, addressed stakeholder interests, and ensured legal compliance throughout the IPO process, from the grassroots level onwards.
