Total work Experience 7+ Billing service management (Vodafone idea ltd)- working on 6D billing technologies project for handling Vodafone idea PAN India IOT customer. Handling daily Operational level, system monitoring, data correction, customer compliance (ITSM tool) and migration support. Internal and Externals customer interaction with L2 and L3 team provide RCA and permanent fix.
Work in Linux, SQL environment good knowledge of telecom billing, rating ,OCS, PCRF, Mediation, Gx, Gy, USSD, SMTP, Diameter protocol, COM, SOM
