• Currently deployed at PP-Line-3 (Polypropylene) and CT-2A Cooling Tower to ensure safety compliance at project site.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections for high-risk activities including excavation, height work, hot jobs, confined space entry, and hot tapping; generate and distribute daily safety reports.
• Conducted Toolbox Talks (TBTs), reviewing prior observations to prevent recurrence and reinforce best practices.
• Deliver agency-specific safety training sessions as needed to build workforce competency.
• Cross-check HSE monthly plans, TPI of lifting tools and tackle, calibration certificates, color coding records, and agency checklists for adherence.
• Collaborate with PMC (Project Management Consultant) and IOCL site officers to resolve areas of concern and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) verification to minimize task-related hazards.
• Conduct Monthly Observation Meetings (MOMs) to review site safety performance and implement action plans.
• Inspect heavy vehicles (HVs) including Farana, hydra, cranes, excavators, and man lifts (JLG); assess safety measures against checklists and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with OISD-192, OISD-105, OISD-116, and site-specific safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct risk assessments and JSAs to proactively identify workplace hazards, evaluate risks, and implement control measures.
