As a shipping/marine industry professional and Master Mariner (FG) with 27+ years of sailing experience on large to very large commercial cargo carriers (including petroleum cargo) and added experience in Port Captaincy, I am looking for a suitable assignment for Port Captain commensurate with my qualifications and experience. On sailing, I have charted a growth path from Cadet to Master in a span of 18 years, having mastered and navigated numerous FG vessels to safe and successful turnaround. I am equally competent in handling maritime and port operations of vessels ensuring QHSE and statutory compliances related to marine industry. Apart from regular vessel management (on board) as Master with Bernhard Schulte Ship Management – Singapore since April 2012, I am handling Port operations as Port Captain during leaves & other vacations for Fairway Marines Pvt. Ltd. – Kolkata for last 3 years.
