I am a B.Com LLB graduate from Panjab University, Chandigarh, graduating in 2024. What sets me apart is my adaptability to take on new tasks and responsibilities; I am not limited to my proficiency in legal studies. I have gained substantial knowledge from aptitude-based examinations in quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and the English language.

As an advocate, I am skilled in drafting and conducting legal research. I communicate effectively in English and am well-versed in client-centric roles. During my graduation, I participated in the organisation of various competitions and took part in events ranging from moots to alternative dispute resolution (ADR) competitions.

This experience has deepened my understanding of teamwork and how shared responsibilities can bring out the best in us.

• Legal Research:- Understanding the facts of a case and using Civil Digest along with SCC Online and other resources to find appropriate judgments for further substantiating our point in the courtroom.
• Drafting: Helping draft all types of Plaints and Written Statements and Legal Notices under the supervision of my mentor, also drafting various applications under O1 R10, O6 R17, O7 R11, O39 R1 & R2, compromise deeds and many other types of documentation drafting.
• Courtroom Etiquette: Observing live trial proceedings and understanding case progression (ranging from notice to parties, settlement of issues, seeing chief and cross-examinations of parties and witnesses, and ultimately presentation of arguments in the courtroom) and making sure all the evidence recorded is well placed within the court record.
• Client Counselling – Observing first-hand how to deal with a client as an advocate and how to counsel them with their problems and effectively address them
