Himanshu Tiwari

My name is Himanshu, and I am from Nainital. I have two children. My mother and wife both are house wife. My Father is retired from Forest Department. I have completed B.Sc. from Kumaon University and MBA in HR and Marketing from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University. I am looking for a professional environment where I can use my administrative and management experience effectively. I want to work with an organization that values discipline, teamwork, and responsibility.

I am interested in roles related to office management, administration, Liaison with Government Department, and HR coordination. I would like to contribute to smooth operations and organizational growth. At the same time, I want to continue learning and improving my professional skills.

I have a total 18 years of experience in Administration, Skill Development HR/Recruitment, y Procurement/Purchase, Petty Cash, Travel & Logistic Arrangements, store, establishment, examination and supervision. I am a self-motivated person and I try to exceed my superior’s expectations with high-quality work.

1. Presently, I am working at the Atal Community Innovation Center, a NITI Aayog funded Government of India project. We receive grants for skill development training, grassroots development, capacity building, startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship-related activities.

We have signed MoUs with 15 NGOs and 2 industries to organize various skill development and self-employment training programs in underserved areas. During my 3-month tenure at ACIC, I successfully secured CSR grants worth ₹3.35 lakh for the organization. I also drafted and submitted CSR proposals to companies such as ITC Limited, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, THDC India Limited, and Hindustan Unilever Limited.

Additionally, I planned and executed entrepreneurship events, workshops, bootcamps, and innovation challenges. I facilitated startup mentoring, incubation support, and business development guidance for early-stage entrepreneurs. I also developed partnerships with NGOs, industry experts, incubators, and ecosystem partners.

02.I began my professional journey in 2008 with Amrapali University, where I worked for one and a half years.

03.After that, I served with IMPCL, a Public Sector Undertaking, for four months.

• In 2009, I joined Bipin Tripathi Kumaon Institute of Technology, an autonomous institute of Uttarakhand Government. I worked there for almost six years. During my tenure the institute received ₹10 crore grant under the World Bank–funded Technical Education Quality Improvement Programme (TQIP).
• In 2015, I was selected for the IDIPT, an Asian Development Bank–funded Project (450CR) under Tourism Department, Government of Uttarakhand. I worked as Office Manager and reported directly to the Project Director (IAS). I dedicated nine years to this project.

06. In 2024, I joined SICRTD another Asian Development Bank–funded Project project (1200 CR) under the Tourism Department as an Office Manager, where I worked for almost one and a half years.
