Total 18 Years experiences in which 12+ years in EPC, LSTK, Plant Maintenance & Shutdown project's estimation in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Fertilizer, Cement industries and 6 year's estimation experience in manufacturing of Pressure Vessel, Scraper trap, Heat Exchanger, Column, etc. Working experience with Clientele SAUDI ARAMCO, SABIC, ADNOC, L&T, WOOD, WORLEY PERSONS, TECHNICAS REUNIDAS, TATA PROJECT, PETROFAC, HYUNDAI, SAMSUNG, VEOLIA, SK E&C, TECHNIP, TARGET, RELIANCE, HPCL, IOCL, BPCL, MCDORMETT, etc.
- Prepare and develop detailed cost estimation for a variety of projects including EPC, LSTK, Plant Maintenance and Shutdown work including Piping, Structural, Static equipment maintenance like Pressure vessel, Column, Heat Exchanger, Tank, Filter, Valves, etc.
- Review and develop a detailed EPC Scope Matrix covering all Engineering deliverables required as per the tender scope covering all disciplines i.e., Civil, Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation.
- Peruse of tender documents including project's scope of work, applicable standards, specifications, pricing schedule, payment and other terms & conditions of project.
- To perform site survey and attend Job explanation meeting with client & sub-contractor to ensure the project scope of work, technical specifications and to identify potential challenges and solutions through technical queries (TQ's).
- Estimation of Pressure vessel, Heat Exchanger, Column with different code and International standards like ASME Section VIII, ASME B16.5, B16.4, B16.8, EIL and TEMA for Pressure vessel and Heat exchanger.
- To prepare detailed cost estimation using productivity norms for Man-Hours, direct and In-direct manpower cost, Cost of materials, Equipments & Tools, Site facilities, etc.
- Prepare cost breakdown and pricing schedule like Lump Sum, Work Unit rate, Time unit rates as per tender's requirement / Pricing Schedule with strategies to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
- Liaise with local and international suppliers and subcontractors, develop and maintain positive relationship with client, supplier and sub-contractors to obtain competitive Quotation for Raw material like Plate, Pipe, Flanges, Fasteners, Gaskets as per client approved vendor list (AVL) and Sub-contractor services like NDT, Insulation, Refractory, Scaffolding, Painting, Bolt Torquing / tensioning, Heavy transportation & Lifting, etc.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including engineering, procurement, operations, QA/QC and gather necessary inputs to ensure the estimation are in line with client requirements with profitable to the company.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of estimation and proposal related correspondence with client, material supplier and sub-contractors.
- To provide inputs for PEP, Project schedule to planning department and technical documents like Organization chart, Manpower and Equipment Loading charts.
- To prepare techno-commercial proposal including scope qualification, exclusions and pricing schedule as per tender requirements.
- Review of cost estimation to management, clearly explaining the scope of project and cost break down in a simple, understandable format and revise as advice.
- Revise estimates in response to client's scope of work changes, additional requirements.
- To discuss and review of detailed estimation working with manager.
- Operating Software knowledge of ERP, AUTOCAD and PV Elite.
