• Monitor and manage Hadoop clusters (HDFS, YARN, Spark, Oozie, Hive) using Cloudera Manager and Ambari.
• Investigate and resolve job failures, service crashes, and incident tickets within SLA timelines.
• Perform service restarts, cluster health checks, and disk space monitoring on daily basis.
• Co-ordinating with Linux and Application teams during scheduled maintenance (Linux OS patching, hardware replacements, server reboots, and post-validation activities) by shutdown and startup of all Hadoop services.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and provide KT to new team members.
• Prepare and share daily health check reports with stakeholders.
• Provide 24/7 production support through on-call rotation, ensuring cluster up time and data availability.
