Description

• Did project on Smooth Implementation of material movement process within effective utilization of resources.
• Observed the workings of automobile sector, as Hero Moto Corp is the world largest twowheeler manufacturer and its workings in the various types of shifts.
• Learnt how to calculate the Workload of each person by taking the Average Time on each workstation and estimating the workload of each person, and then doing effective utilization of resources.
• Made Excel files for the project and Power Point presentations to present the outcome of the project workings.
• Analyzed the items of A, B and C categories & also learnt about the exports part of the Company
