- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various medical positions such as doctors, nurses, technicians, and health professionals
- Understand client requirements hospitals and clinics and match profile accordingly
- Conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess communication and suitability
- Draft and publish job ads on portals and internal databases
- Actively search for candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Communicate regularly with healthcare clients to understand manpower requirements and provide candidate updates
- Share shortlisted CVs with clients and schedule interviews as per client convenience
- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process, including interview preparation, document collection, and final offer discussion
- Assist candidates in understanding job roles, relocation details (overseas), salary expectations, and employer requirements
- Collect and verify documents such as medical registrations, licenses (DHA, MOH, HAAD, etc.), academic certificates, and experience letters
- Ensure compliance with international recruitment standards, visa processes, and medical council regulations
- Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified medical professionals for future openings
- Track applications, responses, interviews, and closures through internal tracking systems or Excel tool
- Follow up with candidates until onboarding is complete
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on recruitment status, closures, and client feedback
- Meet assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines
