To obtain a position where I can upgrade my technical skills and make myself more technically advanced in the domain of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in a corporate environment, where my knowledge in modeling, design, and detailing of different structures would highly contribute to the company’s success.
1-Planning, Designing & Detailing of Residential, Commercial & Educational structures, Preparation of 3d Models.
2-BIM Modelling for specific design disciplines.
3-Hands-on experience in using software such as Revit, and AutoCAD.
4-Ensure Construction document accuracy based on Architecture BIM Modelling.
5-Collaborate and Coordinate with disciplines design-changes and model challenges.
6-Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and BIM project workflow criteria.
7-Understanding concepts like LOD, and Dimensions of BIM, CAD to BIM, Scan to BIM & Work sharing through BIM 360.
8-Prepare own Architectural model and/or content for BIM coordination meeting.
9-Creation of Parametric Revit families.
10-Realistic Renderings and walkthroughs of Architectural Models on Software like Enscape.
11-Different BIM Maturity levels.
12-I have worked on various projects like Dream House Project , Girls' Hostel Design, Apartment Complex , G+20 Tower , Chaudhary House , Ashish Hotel
13-And I also work on one major project - Mercedes Car Showroom
