My leadership spans managing and mentoring cross-functional teams of more than 20 professionals, including engineers, supervisors, foremen, planners, schedulers, estimators, and quantity surveyors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
In addition to my core expertise in MEPF and HVAC systems, I have led numerous Civil and interior fit-out projects where I oversaw site preparation, structural work, and finishing installations by closely collaborating with architects, interior designers, and construction teams to achieve both aesthetic and functional excellence.
I have also directed complex process engineering initiatives, managing the design, installation, and commissioning of critical systems such as Process Natural Gas (PNG) lines, high-pressure compressor lines, and utility piping using PPR. These projects required detailed engineering, procurement, and construction coordination, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to rigorous safety and quality standards in demanding industrial environments.
Throughout my career, I have developed and implemented best practices, tools, systems, and processes that align with business objectives and modern contractual practices. This includes recruiting contractors, organizing procurement, interpreting contractual obligations, and evaluating techno-commercial issues.

— Overseeing mechanical activities, including engineering drawings and BOQ preparation.
— Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
— Managing change orders and variations to ensure proper documentation and approval processes.
— Co-ordinate with all the departments, Sub Contractor & Consultant as required for the execution of the Project.
— Coordinating with the site team, consultants, and vendors to ensure the delivery of required materials and equipment.
— Coordinating with stakeholders to achieve project completion within the specified timeframe.
— Generating project-specific quality assurance plans, drawings, materials submittals, and work programs.
— Monitoring project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time, and addressing any delays or issues that arise.
— Managing and mitigating risks, identifying potential obstacles, and making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
— Overseeing site safety protocols, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and promoting a culture of safety among the project team.
— Addressing engineering issues that arise during construction, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner.
— Facilitate comprehensive discussions among various engineers and stakeholders to ensure the best implementation and installation of services as per the builders works drawings, while effectively coordinating with the main contractor and other parties involved.
— Supporting cost control, handling claims and technical issues, and developing project documentation.
— Conducting site surveys and proposing new routes and locations for facility expansion.
— Reviewing the installation of MEP systems, including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting, Gas & Compressor system, CNG Piping, Electrical & Solar Hot water system, WTP, STP & ETP system, Industrial Monorail Crane, Sliding door, CCTV, Access Control, FA, PA and IBMS.
— Maintaining quality assurance for discipline-specific installations.
— Conducting tests, inspections, and documentation according to approved procedures.
— Motivating the workforce, facilitating communication, and ensuring maximum efficiency and quality.
— Supervising, mentoring, and evaluating performance for assigned employees.
— Facilitate effective communication and action as sole point of contact between the Client and site delivery team.
— Assist the design team and site delivery team to identify and resolve problems.
— Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the Client and Company.
— Maintain up-to-date project site sheets and resumes for the project team for use by the Company.
— Managing procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
— Ensuring strict adherence to customer safety rules and corporate safety policy.
