Presently working in LRF and RH as INCHARGE (MELTER) with 180t ladle weight & Ladle preparation bay

• Well operational knowledge in LRF and RH Degassing as operator for LHF.
• Ladle preparation and planning tapping ladles for convertor.
• Responsible for making different types of billet and slab grades maintain all critical process parameters and quality economically.
• Ensuring to make good basicity of slag to protect the ladle from arc flare and refractory erosion.
• Experience in secondary steel making of 16mt steel melting shop
• Co- ordination with converter, LRF, RH, CCM.
• Ensuring the proper heat making medium carbon steel making.
• Preparing, regular updating & distribution of Progress Reports (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)
• Improvement in quality IF grades API and TPI grade steels.
• Identifying the areas of obstructions, breakdowns and taking steps to without affecting the production.
• Ensuring safety practice as a part of Job Safety Analysis is which takes care of both Human and equipment
