Motivated postgraduate student currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology, with a strong foundation from a B.Sc. in Food Nutrition and Dietetics. I have hands-on internship experience in Product Development and R&D, where I worked on formulation, improving and evaluating food and developing innovative food products. I am now seeking an opportunity to apply my technical knowledge, creativity, and passion for food innovation to contribute effectively to a growth-driven food industry team.

Food Technologist Intern at Bhava Food and Research Labs Pvt Ltd (BhavaEarth) (2026-01 – Present)

• Documentation and standardization of SOPs for raw material handling, processing, blending, packaging, storage, and dispatch.
• Assistance in implementing GMP, GHP, and food safety documentation systems.
• Support for in line trials, certification readiness, including documentation, audits, and corrective actions.
• Maintenance of quality logs, verification records, sanitation schedules, and traceability documents.
• Participation in formulation trials, sensory evaluation, stability checks, and feasibility studies.
• Support in packaging trials, shelf-life plans, and product improvement activities.
• Contribution to ingredient research, regulatory considerations, and labelling documentation.
• Coordination of external lab testing for microbiology, nutrition, contaminants, and shelf-life; management of sample tracking and reports.
• Support to production and QA teams in routine quality and operational requirements.

Research and Recipe Development Intern at OATEY - Plant Essentials Pvt Ltd (2025-06 – 2025-08)

At OATEY, I conducted several tests on the products provided by the company through practical recipes and samples to identify the flexibility and practical uses. I came up with content based on the latest trends and applications of the product according to the use case scenarios. Through testing insights, I was able to provide useful information for marketing and product development purposes.

In my capacity as a nutritionist, I helped to identify any improvements at the ingredients level as well as suggesting alternative ingredients for the same while experimenting on the recipe. In meetings with clients, especially within OATEY Nutritionists Cohort 2025, I helped in answering questions pertaining to recipe customization and nutritional application. Moreover, I helped maintain the brand philosophy of OATEY by using scientific as well as everyday examples of plant-based products.
