I have hands-on internship experience in Product Development and R&D, where I worked on formulation, improving and evaluating food and developing innovative food products. At OATEY, I conducted several tests on the products provided by the company through practical recipes and samples to identify the flexibility and practical uses. I came up with content based on the latest trends and applications of the product according to the use case scenarios. Through testing insights, I was able to provide useful information for marketing and product development purposes.
In my capacity as a nutritionist, I helped to identify any improvements at the ingredients level as well as suggesting alternative ingredients for the same while experimenting on the recipe. In meetings with clients, especially within OATEY Nutritionists Cohort 2025, I helped in answering questions pertaining to recipe customization and nutritional application. Moreover, I helped maintain the brand philosophy of OATEY by using scientific as well as everyday examples of plant-based products.
