• Scripting & ServiceNow API: Collaborated with multiple client teams to extract and synchronize data with CMDB using ServiceNow REST APIs. Developed custom Business Rules to auto-attribute CI records in CMDB.
• Service Mapping: Utilized various service mapping techniques as top-down discovery based, Tag-based, Dynamic CIs, Manual Service map (legacy way).
• MID Server Management: Responsible for maintaining, scaling up a fleet of around 500 MID servers across on-premises and cloud servers (AWS, Azure, GCP) spanning across various physical locations.
• Agent Client Collector (ACC -V): Coordinated with the corporate cloud team to mass-deploy ACC-V on AWS EC2 instances and embedded it into custom AMIs, enabling Day 0 visibility for AWS cloud server inventory.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): Deployed and managed AWS-hosted resources using AWS CloudShell and AWS CLI, spanning across 10 datacenter regions, supporting MID server applications for various discovery activities.
