 Managed the enterprise Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business,

Azure AD/Entra ID) including user lifecycle (on-board/off-board), licence assignment, groups/permissions governance and service-health monitoring.

 Owned email-delivery troubleshooting and domain onboarding by handling inbound/outbound mail issues

(including MX/TXT/DKIM/SPF record validation) in the M365 environment.

 Led security & compliance efforts across the M365 tenant: implemented and maintained DLP, retention,

guest/external-sharing controls and audit/log monitoring to support corporate governance.

 Developed and executed automation and optimization initiatives with PowerShell scripts for user/site provisioning, certificate renewal tasks and usage-reporting; identified and retired inactive

Teams/SharePoint sites to improve operational efficiency.

 Administered server patching and certificate renewal in a hybrid infrastructure environment. Scheduled

6patch/upgrade for Windows servers, verified pre and post-patch health, logged compliance status of certificate expirations and coordinated with infrastructure teams for timely renewal.

 Delivered Tier 2/3 operational support and incident management via Jira and ServiceNow to ensure minimal disruption.
