- Contribute to the development and maintenance of PlayStation Store applications across PS4 and PS5 platforms, supporting production applications used by a global customer base.
- Investigate and resolve 15+ production issues and application defects, performing root-cause analysis and implementing fixes to improve application stability and user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver features and production fixes within Agile development cycles.
