Master Mariner sailing exclusively onboard Bulk Carriers. Been sailing for the past 15 years having initially joined as a Deck Cadet. Skills include Man management, Task management, Problem solving, Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, ISM, STCW, Navigation, Stability, Cargo carriage & handling, Ship handling, etc.
Started off as a Deck Cadet in 2005 onboard a Training ship with a Distance learning program for New Zealand. Completed second mates successfully in 2008 and joined Angli eastern ship management in 2009 as a Junior officer thereafter moving up the ranks up until Chief mates then switched my alliance to MTM ship management and then to Tomini Shipping for career growth. Got my command in 2021 after completing roughly 42 months as a Chief mate and presently a Master mariner having sailed as Master onboard 3 vessels.
Experienced exclusively on Bulk carriers.
