• Collaborate with subgroup for NPI activities
• Supporting production in maximizing output through yield improvement & cycle time reduction
• Failure against action implementation for mass production End-to end process scrap in manufacturing lines cause for failure and to reduce scrap
• If any abnormal occurred in line conduct CFT meeting and close the abnormal with corrective action
• Our Responsible is to keep tracking the operations on the shop floor & bring it to the notice of the concerned person, if something goes wrong. To ensure that the team members are following the process.
• Production has 3 stages i.e, Pre Production, Production, Post-Production. Ensuring parts availability for dispatches as per customer plan.
• Managing all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass and on time shipment.
• Closing MO Within 72 hours i.e, before N+3 Days.
• Tracking & Clearing of online\Abnormal units in daily base activities for the avoidance of aging days.
• Giving intructions to the team members of all types of quality metrics & KPI Reporting.
• Taking Control the scarp process on time & Taking care of productivity, quality, and process
