- Warranty analysis on field complaints and getting out with corrective actions, tracking for 3 months, & 12 months data and notifying the effectiveness of the implemented actions
- Coordinate Internal Process audit at Machining / assembly line as per plan
- Rejection Review conducted on daily for LR & MR and action taken
- Planning & executing Process Capability Studies for the critical characteristics & follow up for improvement action implementation
- Online SPC implementation in inhouse machine shop
- Handling cast parts/ SG Iron casting
- Handling Transmission Gear box assembly parts and control valve parts
- Monitoring the Supplier performances
- Supplier Nonconformity parts clearing disposal
- Supporting in preparation & confirmation of PPAP documents for PSW's sign off and review in PLM software
- Improve the performance of the suppliers by periodical Process/ Product confirmation and drive improvement action
- Work along with Engineering, SCM, and Production to ensure Quality, Cost & Delivery
- Lead & Managing the Parts Quality confirmation for incoming Parts
- Validate the process audit action which was submitted by supplier
- Interacting with Casting & Child parts suppliers for Improvement and Quality issues
- Responsible for Engineering change implementation (ECN) of incoming parts after start of production
- High level of co-ordination with Manufacturing & other related departments
- Giving training to quality auditors / operators for both product & quality system activities
