Hamriyah Fabricators is a construction and Infrastructure company involved in construction of industrial warehouse, workeraccomadation, villa, adminoffices complete Electrical & Mechanical works for Buildings, Malls, etc.
- Review MEP Tender Drawing plans and specifications according to the plan. Preparation of BOQ as per scope of works Electrical, Plumbing, FF&FA, Telephone, LC, Earth Systems. Before Submission Co-ordinate with Civil, Aluminum, Erection & ID Team.
- Awarding of Project, Make Sure with Our manager/Consultant for Initial Drawing Approval from Corresponding authorities has been approved. (SEWA, Etisalat, Civil Defense).
- Preparation of MEP Sleeves & Co-ordination Drawing with Draughtsman and Survey team. Submission for consultant approval.
- coordination with civil team prepare project MEP activity work schedule include date duration. Provide Drawings approvals documents to consultant (technical support like lux qty, inverter levels, as per authority std).
- Once MEP materials approved (Consultant/client), Co-ordinate with purchase team arrange materials.
- Conduct the meeting with MEP subcontractors and our team on weekly basis.
- Co-ordinate with civil team to allocate MEP manpower's on daily basis. Routine site inspection and checking on Daily basis. clear the site issue with knowledge of manager.
- Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Reports.
- Raise Inspection requests to Consultant/Client as per site progress.
- Continually review the contractor's construction schedule during the progress of the site works. regarding MEP services and report to the manager, Project Director.
- Prepare monthly invoice for MEP work and submit to consultant/client. Identify, if any additional work / variation which was not part of our scope. report manager/Project Director.
- monitor the installation and performance of MEP systems to ensure they meet quality standards. involve conducting inspections, tests, and evaluations to verify compliance with specifications.
- Co-ordinate with mep team to achieve the project completion on date. report to mep manager, Project Director.
- Conduct Commissioning and Testing of MEP systems are installed and operating correctly. This involves testing, adjusting, and verifying the performance of systems to meet design requirements.
- coordination with consultant/client/govt authority (sewa, Etisalat, civil defense) for final inspection and sewa power connection and inspection Report to manager, Project Director.
- coordination with draughtsman to prepare as built mep drawing for all mep services obtain at project. Submit to client/consultant controller for review. Review &complete DLP snag work. report to client/consultant
- Maintenance and Support need to provide ongoing projects like support for building systems. This includes developing maintenance plans, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing repairs and upgrades as needed for our future project. Report to manager, Project Director.

Sai Krishna Electricals is an organization formed by a team of young professionals having expertise in Electrical Equipment, Supplies & erection.
- Coordinate with L&T engineers with Client / Consultant's representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works.
- Organizing electrical review meeting every week
- Assign targets for all site supervisor and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
- By using measurement instrument, we have to check wall and slab shuttering \ concrete level
- Support the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at site.
- Ensure that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
- Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
- Performing other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
