I am presently working as Engineering Chief Interface Manager for L&T Construction Ltd., Chennai Metro Rail Project works, Phase –II, and previously up to 31-01-2022 as Lead Project Coordinator (Technical and Commercial) - Riyadh Metro Project with Strukton LLC (Part of Strukton Civiel Projecten BV), responsible for overall project life-cycle management right from development to delivery encompassing planning, monitoring, overall inter-discipline coordination, and resource planning.

Skills in preparing & delivering MEP estimates, cost plans, bills of quantities, pre-tender estimates, and post-contract QS administration.

• Support the Development and oversee the systems Interface Management project activities, and ensure that all Interfaces between contractors have been identified. Responsible for all aspects of the interfaces including the Interface Control & Definition Documents and the maintenance of an up-to-date interface register.
• Ensuring the traceability of work and documents required by the contract.
• Evaluate design changes and impacts on the system 
• Liaise with Planning and System Integration Managers to plan and schedule integration tests and documentation

• Review & Supplement the detailed project report/concept report and all design reports.
• Direct Interaction/Coordination with local stakeholders (CMWSSB, TNRDC, TANGEDCO, Police departments) On understating and collecting the existing network details. In Parallel, Initiated for necessary permissions for Early work startup. 
• Providing assistance in the preparation of Tender Documents for procurement and system, rolling stock and
