• Check the materials of make modal brand and sizes and quantity
• Prepare weekly pending list for the material not received
• Check the stock ledger on basis day to day
• Audit the physical balance with the ledger computer excel balance on every month
• Raise rejection slips for rejected items and forward the same to H.O
• Supervision and control
• Control material ordering by checking the indent and apprise the enginer regarding the availabillaty of the material at site
• Day to day data entery in excel
• Required all material at site are knowing very carefully and indent before use
• Prepare daily basis stock material and paper work
• Store maintenance data entry in account excel work & tally maintain salt
• Manage many excavators and dumpers to reach our daily internal transportation at wasrey
• Preparation of daily progress report
