It is one of the largest and leading manufacturer-exporters of Power and Distribution Transformers up to 15 MVA, 66 kV class in India with a turnover (2008-2009) of around US $ 302 Million. It plunged in to the manufacturing of Extra High Voltage Power Transformer with technical Collaboration from M/s Daihen Corporation, Japan up to 500MVA, 500 kV class for Generation and Transmission.

• To maintain all record of servicing & complaints (open & close issue) and update all concern dept through daily MIS
• To conduct DEMO about the servicing at the project site regarding fault diagnosis and preventive action as well as periodically maintenance of transformer
• Responsible for solving issues by following up on a priority basis and maintain proper communication channel to achieve customer satisfaction
• Updating maintenance & service logs and prepare detail reports like open issues, close issues and delivering tasks to technicians for future reference
• Providing guidelines to techanicians and workers on the safety and effective use of equipment to meet product requirements

M/s lakshmi transformer & electricals is leading company of distribution transformers upto 750 KVA and also manufacturing above 5MVA transformers. Its head office situated in Agra and one unit in Sikarndra and another one is in Haridwar.

• To prepare daily production report by taking data from the supervisors (CA, CCA, Tanking, tested ok) and daily report to GM
• Prepare inspection report at the time of inspection by taking data from testing dept
• Reduces the wastage of material by planning for production follow up with store
• To conduct periodically meeting related to production issues & taking action to resolve
• To solve the problems related to designing as per requirement GTP for quality production
• Failure analysis and corrective action for transformers as well as in company premises electrical equipments

M/s Accurate transformer ltd manufacturing power & Distribution transformer (10 KVA to 10MVA). Its Head office situated at Noida and it has four unit first is in Noida and second one is in Ghaziabad, three is in dehardun and fourth is in SIDCUL Haridwar.

• To reduce the wastage of material by monitoring the workers at floor
• To prepare daily report of core assembly and report to production Head
• Field visit as per company requirement for the rectification and lifting of transformers from store
• Prepare the record of Ratio test by Ration meter at the time of CCA
• Checking all parameters as per GTP in dispatch before dispatching the transformers
