I have complete knowledge of plastic components development process.

Expertise in Project Planning & Execution, Plant Operations, Mechanical Maintenance, Spares Management, Equipment Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Machine Maintenance. Actively ensuring staff's health and safety, together with that of fellow workers, at all times. Extensive experience in CATIA V5 Surface Modeling, Solid Modeling, Assembly, Drafting, DFM Tooling ,Plastic Component Design.
Relevant experience in Master Sections, Vehicle integration & packaging, Concept creation, assembly processes of various Interior assemblies. Maintaining and developing Design Validation Plans (DVP), & Design Failure Mode Analysis (DFMEA). Excellent knowledge and understanding of Tooling &manufacturing and designing of automotive component parts in CATIA V5/ PLM.
