Understanding basic issues about Avaya tele-communication products while on call and creating tickets. Also coordinate between the engineer and Customer to resolve issues. Initiate dispatch of Avaya products to Customer locations and also initiate technician dispatches on site and keep the Customer informed about the update on the activity.
Perform basic MACD (Move/Add/Change/Delete) operations in products like CM (Avaya Communication Manager) and password resets on various Avaya products like CMS, Voicemail (Modular messaging and Aura messaging).
