27 years of rich experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, and Administration, with proven expertise in managing people strategies, labor welfare, and organizational development.
My academic foundation includes a graduate degree, a Post-Graduation in Social Work (specialization in Labour Welfare & Personnel Management), and an MBA, which together have equipped me with strong analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
Over nearly three decades, I have successfully handled:

- Industrial & Employee Relations – maintaining harmonious labor relations, managing unions, and resolving conflicts.
