Roles and Responsibilities of (production engineer and Service engineer)
- Responsible for performing 75% Production ,Field service and 25% of Inside Sale.
- Production planning according Manpower.
- Attend Customer complaint and solve within time on field as well as in factory.
- Arrange Servicing of valve on filed and as well as in factory.
- Handle customer complaint and servicing request.
- Provide Product Training for customer.
- Take orders of product spares from existing customer
- Maintain Service data and record and present in weekly meeting.
- Read PN&ID drawings and arrange assembly planning of pressure systems.
- Hands-on experience of (Pressure control valve, Pressure safety valve, Creep relief valve , Tank safety valve, Flame arrestor , Strainers and Non return valve)
- Coordinating with Cross functional team (CFT) for Root cause analysis (RCA) and action to reduce production time loss.
- Responsible for eliminate MUDA in process and planning.
- Do FMEA for customer complaints.
- Provide valve testing and maintenance training for customer.
Roles and Responsibilities of (Inside Sales Engineer)
- Working as a sales engineer from 2020 to till.
- High knowledge of valves and valve spares.
- Maintain relations with client’s network and taking orders.
- Forecasting sales of spares with customer delivery and service frequency for maintain stock for on time delivery.
- Contact regular and proactive with customers to generate orders.
- Communicating with PPC and Application engineering team for orders readiness and delivery date.
- Taking follow-up with PPC team for dispatch and with customer for payment clearance.
- Schedule visits with customers for new orders and after sales service.
- Increased profit of 3.7% of sales in last 3 quarters by applying PFAM and MUDA hunting.
- Responsible for Share new developed product details to customers and generate orders.
