Analytical Development professional with hands-on experience in the analysis and development of injectable and ophthalmic formulations, supporting analytical method validation (AMV) activities. • Conducting analytical method validation for injectable and ophthalmic products in accordance with regulatory guidelines (ICH, USP, EP).
• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC (Shimadzu, Agilent, Waters), UPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, KF Auto Titrator, Dissolution Apparatus, Osmometer, Densitometer, Particle Size Analyzer (Malvern), Zetasizer, and Particle Size Distributor.
• Execute HPLC calibration and system suitability checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review of analytical data, raw data printouts, chromatograms, and reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs.
• Document all testing activities and maintain records in Caliber LIMS and laboratory notebooks.
• Support troubleshooting, OOS/OOT investigations, and implement CAPA actions as required.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Formulation, QA, QC, Validation, Method transfer) for smooth project execution.
• Ensure adherence to GMP/GLP standards and laboratory safety practices
