• Investigating, communicating and escalating concerns related to cash breaks to respective fund administrators and ensuring to resolve them on a timely basis.

• Handled Client-facing Call Back Verification process, which involved direct communication with clients based out of Middle east to verify the details of transactions. Handled the entire process independently for the entire Cash Management Operations team at Standard Chartered- EMEA Market and also had been awarded with GEM awards for the same.
• Processing Cross Border SWIFT Payments for clients based out of Middle East.
