I am a dedicated and research-oriented Horticulture professional currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Floriculture and Landscaping at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. I hold a Gold Medal in M.Sc. (Ag) Horticulture and am a recipient of the prestigious DST-INSPIRE Fellowship awarded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
I have gained international research exposure through a SPARC-funded internship at Western Sydney University, Australia, where I explored advanced AI and neuromorphic technologies in agriculture. I have exposure to various AI-based trainings, workshops, and research activities focused on smart agriculture, automation, real-time pest monitoring, sensor technologies, and precision horticulture.
Moreover, beyond academics and research, I have strong experience in organizing and coordinating workshops, conferences, training programmes, and scientific events at university and national levels. These experiences have enhanced my leadership, communication, teamwork, and event management skills, enabling me to work effectively in both research and professional environments.
Currently working as a Ph.D.
Scholar in Floriculture and Landscaping at Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology with research experience in integrated nutrient management, essential oil extraction, precision agriculture, and AI-based applications in horticulture. I have worked on projects related to automation, real-time pest monitoring, sensor technologies, and sustainable crop production systems. I also gained international research exposure as a SPARC Scholar at Western Sydney University, Australia, where I explored advanced AI and neuromorphic technologies in agriculture.
In addition to research, I have extensive experience in organizing and coordinating workshops, conferences, seminars, and training programmes, which has strengthened my leadership, communication, and management skills.
Ph.D. in Floriculture and Landscaping from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology with minor in Plant Physiology. Completed M.Sc. (Ag.) in Horticulture from Chaudhary Charan Singh University with 89.62% and awarded the Vice-Chancellor Gold Medal for academic excellence. B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture from Lovely Professional University with a CGPA of 8.89.
Qualified ASRB-NET in Floriculture and Landscaping and recipient of the prestigious DST-INSPIRE Fellowship awarded by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. Also selected as a SPARC Scholar under the Scheme for Promotion of Academic and Research Collaboration (SPARC), funded by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, which provided international research exposure at Western Sydney University.
