Stations Covered under the Corridor: Pandurang Wadi, Mira Gaon, Shivar Garden, Mira Bhayander, Hatkesh metero, Utkarsh Nagar, Janki Devi School, Murdha, Rai Gaon, and Shubhash Chandra Bose Ground (Bhayander).

DMRC/MU/LINE2/AC/02: Part Design and construction of viaduct and 8 elevated stations viz, Charkop, Malad Metro, Kasturi Park, Bangur Nagar, Goregaon Metro, Adarsha Nagar, Shastri Nagar and DN Nagar excluding architectural finishing and pre-engineered steel roof structure of stations from Chainage 8283.501m to 18189.020 including viaduct & ramp for depot entry of Dahisar East D N Nagar Corridor of Mumbai Metro Rail Project.
- Working as a Site Engineer for Structure work. Work responsibility for Quality control of concrete at site, pile load test and all tests of structures.
- Planning and indenting daily requirement of labour, construction machinery, materials and form work.
- Timely execution of the job within given specification and budget for an assigned area.
- To ensure that the quality of work done is as per specifications and ISO procedures.
- Communicating with client engineer for day to day smooth progress of work. And attend queries of the client engineer.
- Execution & Supervision of structure like Pile, Pile Cap, Pier, Pier Cap Stitch and Pedestal etc.
- Erection & Supervision of Pier cap, Cross Arm pier cap, U-Girders& I-Girders.
- To ensure the safety at work as per site safety plan.
- Ensuring that all relevant data required is given to billing engineer/ planning engineer in time.
- Generating and submitting joint records to billing department. & ensuring timely and correct data to billing dept. for raising subcontractor and client bills.
- Simultaneously completed erection of precast structure like U-girder and Pier cap for Viaduct, of which prestress and grouting done at site
Site Supervisor (Mechanical Automobiles) - ARYAN ENGINEERING SERVICE

- Manufacturing Monitoring, execution & internal mobilization and demobilization (inclusive of Relocation of Equipment from & to other sites) of plant and machinery.
- Establish system and organize, monitor and execute routine and preventive maintenance of Plants/equipment, their monthly inspection and attending to the points and documentation.
- Breakdown Analysis of equipment for Root Cause and maintaining Equipment History.
- Monitoring and controlling of service, maintenance and Repairing of equipment's.
- Maintain detailed Inventory list of P&M & Spare parts. Based on this inventory a computer card to be maintained for each equipment for keeping record of working hours, defect history rectification, overhauling, spares inventory etc.
- Responsible to keep track record and maintaining all records of Plant &Machinery utilized & involved in the Projects.
- Assisting in procurement of new equipment's and their spares, New Vendor development for Spares & OEM suppliers, Consumable Suppliers.
- Maintenance Expense Budgeting for routine activities, Equipment Reconditioning and Up gradation. Finalize the P&M equipment specifications, Monitoring & Budgeting for the project.
- Prepare budgets for operational and maintenance cost inclusive of major overhauls and service contracts and control expenditures through orchestrated cost control initiative.
- Highlighting the equipment cost in a project to the top management.
- Identifying unsafe conditions and practices through periodic safety audits and formulating & executing actions plans accordingly.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and procedures related to work area.
- Lifting & Commissioning of Manufacturing Equipment at site.
