- Strategic HR Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals, including workforce planning for projects and policy formulation.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead high-volume recruitment for site engineers and executives; build talent pipelines and employer brand.
- Payroll Management: Oversee accurate payroll processing for 1300+ employees, including tax deductions, incentives.
- Statutory Compliances: Ensure adherence to PF, ESI, labor laws, through timely filings, audits, and risk mitigation.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance systems with goal-setting, appraisals, and development plans aligned to business growth.
- Employee Relations: Handle grievances, engagement initiatives, and culture-building for office and field staff in high-pressure environments.
- Learning & Development: Drive training programs on safety, compliance, and skills for Site engineers & Office teams.

The supermarket chain of D Mart stores is owned and operated by Avenue Supermarts Ltd. (ASL). Start as Circle HR Manager (CHRM) and Handling HR Operations for 16 Operational Stores in Surat Circle. Look after HR activities of 2500+ employees till July 2025.

- Managing Head Count - 3P & D Mart: Based on business need \ productivity periodically review Store Team & ASL Employee head count budget. Considering business \ Employee productivity month on month Execute hiring action plan to full fill 100% Head counts available at circle level.
- Recruitment & Selection: Taking Care of Recruitment & Selection of Internal Promotions on Officer Level, Hiring of External Officers and Managerial level. Handling Campus Interviews @ MBA Colleges.
- On boarding & Induction: Taking care of all External Hired as well as Internal Promoted employees smooth Onboarding and Induction at circle level. Ensuring 100 % induction and smooth on boarding of Contractual staff at Store level.
- PMS & Confirmation: Handling overall ASL Employees Goal setting, Mid-Year & Annual Performance appraisals. Preparing bell curve and normalization process of PMS for circle. Handling of Monthly & Quarterly business reviews & Meetings. Timely completion of confirmation reviews for probationary officers and mangers for the circle.
- Teambuilding & Connect Sessions: Handling Employee Connect sessions as per Schedule for all Business Stakeholders. Handling Monthly and quarterly Departmental reviews and set action plan based on business need. Handling Gallup Employees Opinion Survey
- Employee Engagement: Preparation and execution of Monthly, Quarterly, Annually Employee Engagement activities for store & RO Employees. EE executed like Umang, Officer Lunch, Mera D Mart & Diwali Lunch, Pre & Post Diwali Parties for SMs and above designated stakeholders.
- Statutory Compliance: Timely closure of Legal Notices & Inspection Note by GLOs. Handling Legal & Court cases & in time of closure. Obtaining, Renewal, Amendment of Labour Licenses under CMS. Handling & Updation of Compliance Portal Vision 360. Vendor Management and Audit.
- HR Services (D Mart & 3P Employees): Position Mapping in SAP, ESS & SF Department wise. On Time Employees Confirmations. Leave Posting, Analysis of Man days, Attrition, Absenteeism, Working Hours and Productivity. On time F&F Settlements for ASL & 3P Staff. Conducting Exit Interviews for ASL Employees.
- Business Audits: Responsible for department's process audit score & Action plan. Timely comply on Business Audit remarks
- HR Polices implementation at store level: Responsible for execution of HR Policies & Processes at store level. Effective Communications of processes & Benefits to employees at store level.
- Preparation of Reports: MIS reports, Preparing Planned Manpower vs. Actual Manpower report, Maintain Manpower List, Incentives Yearly, Quarterly and monthly reports, Licenses reports, Liasoning report, PF & ESIC related reports, HR productivity reports, Attrition reports
- Learning & Development: To ensure skill up gradation for all employees, working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their department and training requirements. Co ordinations with L&D Team roll out training activities, Review Schedule Training Plan of Employees.
- Investigations and Disciplinary Actions: Based on the event \ situations need to investigate Integrity, Behavioral Issues, POSH and take the necessary disciplinary actions on the employee. Timely submission of Investigation report to seniors in Speak up cases.
