- Looking for day to day operation of Store
- Making GRN for trading and MFG Goods and inform and send to QC step apply landed cost after Qc Conformation in JDE
- Maintaining Inventory in the store as per decided physical location as well as in JD Edward (ERP) and take care of accuracy in stock
- Daily Check status of WO (work order) and planning for pending WO & Coordination with Sales team
- Internal Material issue in JDE as requested by concern department. Against the issue slip and issue that material with the JD Edward (ERP)
- Managing down level staff for Work Order Completion (CNG and LPG Kit Preparation)
- Manpower planning and Support to team with coordination to HR and Management
- Resolve the issue regarding Man Machine Material with coordination to all departments
- Maintain 5S Management in Store and Office area
- Coordination with, Sales Team, finance, planning for achieve monthly Target
- Material Dispatch and Booking with transporter
- Maintain Traceability of dispatch detail and send data to replacement & warranty department
- Monthly check stock availability and Location cross check as per JDE
- Ensure to maintain minimum stock level based on daily consumption and coordinate with planning / purchase for same
- Provide training to subordinate / workers for performance improvement
- Develop new transporter for better service and cost effectiveness
