Handling complete warranty system management of all units of Superon Hyundai (Authorized Dealerships of Hyundai Motor India Ltd.) in Gurgaon and the Company having 5 sales and 4 service outlets. This company having turn over to the tune of 125 crore (approx) deals mainly in buying & selling and servicing of car through its workshop.

• Evaluate the warranty request as per defined warranty norms and make decision to offer / not offer warranty.
• Raise warranty claim in the GDMS system and do follow-up for approval
• Store warranty parts in the predefined locations, pack and send it to company as when required.
• Reconcile all warranty receivable with payments using the appropriate accounting schedule.
• Maintain a record of outstanding claims submitted, rejected, returned or paid.
• Monitor the processing of claims to identify problems
• Analyze problems, identify trends and develop strategies for maximizing claim processes.
• Follow up with the main office /factory regarding unpaid claims.
• Utilize all available information to ensure proper resolution of problems.
• Keep up-to-date on all information pertinent (e.g., factory recalls, bulletins, etc.) to the Warranty Administrator position.
• Free Service Claim Handling.
• Goodwill Repair and Maintenance.
• Emergency Road Service Claim Handling.
• Campaign warranty claim.
• Repair order Opening, Closing and Billing through system.
• Generation of All the MIS reporting to HMIL and need for internally meeting and analysis purpose.
