• Overall responsibility for all operations: Material Store & Purchase related activities
• Handled the team for the smooth functioning of materials store.
• Making sure that there is timely efficiently supplies of goods services of the best quality at the most reasonable cost as per the organization requirement.
• Handled purchase, inventory maintenance of products which all medical items.
• Ensuring timely supplies of Inventory to all stores.
• Manage pharmaceutical supply procurement and management processes.
• Stock audit of all the sub store has to be done daily / in a Month
• Make Sure all the item which has been indented/ Transacted/ Returned.
• Expiry Box Maintenance and regularly Check.
• Maintain good relationship Nursing Superintendent and Sisters.
• The stock has been properly received and marked on system.
• Expiry pull back (Current month + Next 3 Month)
• Remove all the item from the floor which are damaged, Near Expiry and for another reason it has to be removed because of which it has to be returned.
