• Support PF/ESIC processes — UAN generation, KYC updates, Aadhaar alignment, ESI registration, dependent additions — and maintain audit-ready statutory documentation.
• Serve as first-level HR contact for employee queries on attendance, leave, payroll, and statutory matters; maintain structured query logs.
• Prepare unit-wise HR MIS (attendance summaries, absenteeism dashboards, manpower movement, statutory status) and raise/track IT system requests (Manage Engine).
