As a Senior Consultant in Compliance, I am currently responsible for interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations on behalf of businesses. My role involves providing valuable assistance to e-commerce companies in achieving regulatory compliance, including obtaining trade licenses, FSSAI licenses, Shop and Establishment registrations, DG CEIG clearances, Fire NOCs, Factory licenses, and more. Additionally, I conduct thorough research on regulatory compliance and labor laws, ensuring that clients stay updated and compliant.
Audits based on client requirements is also part of my responsibilities. I have had the opportunity to work with renowned companies such as Amazon India, Flipkart, Mahindra Group, Centrum Group, Jaguar Land Rover, and many others.
