Vijay Tanks and Vessels Private Limited conducts engineering, procurement, and construction services. The Company fabricates pressure vessels and process equipment, as well as storage terminals. Vijay Tanks and Vessels serves oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, steel, and power sectors worldwide.
- Managing, supervising, monitoring & controlling the on-going site activities by ensuring the delivery of project as per project requirements and constraints.
- Ensuring that all the works have done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, project specifications.
- overseeing the selection of materials and ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- maintaining necessary coordination with other disciplines engineers for the smooth flow of projects.
- Conducting Daily Tool Box Talks and instructed about all Hazards points on site.
- Adjusted work schedules as needed in order to meet all project deadlines.
- Performing the Job according to Fabrication Drawings and Project Client Specifications and also after Fit up, arranging for QC inspectors and Third-Party Inspector according to approval.
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
- Participated in Weekly, Monthly Safety, and Progress Meetings with our Management.
- Continuous monitoring of the site work and giving discussing with site supervisors and foreman related to site in behalf of work progress.
- Preparation of monthly and other reports in conjunction with the rest of the site monitoring team.
- Ensuring and follow the fabrication sequences on site as per standards during fabrication work executed in accordance with the approved Construction procedure, specification & correct material.
- Manpower allocation and supervision preparation, implementation & updating work schedules for on-time completion of the project.
- Plan for immediate response to all emergency calls including mock drills.
- Fire safety inspection round of the plant as per schedule.
- Providing immediate instructions for solutions to workers during problem occurs in Mechanical work activities.
- Ensuring the safety During the Heavy material Erection on site.
- Apply Incident Command & Control technique for emergency control & mitigation.
- Provide necessary guidance to emergency response crew during routine shift activities and during emergency operations.
- Ensure availability & reliability of all fire fighting equipment/systems and communication systems.
- Assure performance of fire vehicles.
- Meetings with Construction Manager, co-workers and Higher Authorities for project completion on time.
- Preparation of monthly and other reports with the rest of the site monitoring team
- Ensure compliance with fire safety standards, procedures and checklist.
- Motivating the workers to maintain the positive attitude to follow Safety to perform an activity.
- Checking P.P.E Such as safety shoes, Safety Helmet, Goggles, Hand Glove, and Safety Harness etc.
- Weekly submitting the Progress Reports to Higher Authorities.
- Log book, Occurrence book and other shift related documentation.
- Maintaining Data sheets of Daily Progress work of site.
- Maintenance records.

- Conduct maintenance of Cummins Inc. engines as well as to troubleshoot and diagnose faults.
- Complete service reports accurately within given time duration.
