My name is Jayanti Nath and I'm a Chef De Partie. I used work for Marriott and Hilton Hotels, I worked for Hilton Salwa Beach Resort as a Pre Opening team member. I worked in Qatar for 4 years so I know HACCP and also follow the standard as per Qatar Law, as a Chef I'm expertise in food plating, cost controlling, food safety, fire safety and all the trainings for the new joiners so that I can forward it to my team members.
