With a strong agricultural background, I am deeply passionate about working in the field to support, guide, and encourage farmers to improve their economic conditions. This drive led me to pursue a specialization Plant Pathology at the Agriculture College Parbhani in VNMKV University, where I gained admission after scoring well in the PG-CET. I am eager to leverage my knowledge and skills within the private agricultural sector to introduce new ideas and practices and contribute to the growth of both the company and the farming community.

Under Project- Evaluation of products (i) Isotianil7%+Fosetyl Al 70 % WG (Tiviant) (ii) Fluopyram 250 G/L + Trifloxystrobin 250 G/L SC (Luna sensation) for bio efficacy against bacterial and fungal diseases of Pomegranate sponsored by Bayer Crop Science Limited.

• New Product Evaluation: Conducted field trials at field of research centre on new products.
• Adequate experience in lab and field experimental layout designing (RBD and CRD) and disease data collection.
• Data management: Proficient in operating systems like MS-Office (MS- Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS Word) and Statistical data tools for data interpretation and presentation.
• Field work: Traveling to farmer fields and other field sites to assess crop production and meet with farmers for collection of disease data.
• Record keeping: Keeping records of research, testing, and results of the experiments conducted.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with farmers and institutions.
• Sourcing of Agritech information and providing to the management.
