• Proficient in drive motor selection, gearbox selection, servo motor selection and drive design.
• Coordinating with interdisciplinary departments such as purchase, quality, manufacturing, marketing teams.
• Material selection and structural analysis, calculations of the components for better functionality using FEA, FMEA.
• Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing according to ASME Y 14.5

PROJECT MANAGEMENT ROLE

• Managing all the technical complexities of the project and communicating the same with team members and stack holders.
• Making detailed project schedules and communicating the same with quality, regulatory, manufacturing and other cross functional teams.
• Managing the stage gate process of product lifecycle management.
• Identifying the risk involved while designing the machine and its sub assemblies and mitigating the risk.
