Right now i would like to join a company that is looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Manager as part of an exciting expansion plan
Developing relations with well performing vendors for meeting purchase needs as per ISO standards.
Selecting and rating vendors on the basis of their performance on multifarious parameters such as quality control
&manufacturing standards.
Holding techno-commercial discussions with the vendors on a host of issues such as price, delivery schedule, quality etc.
Ensuring that all the purchase activities are executed in time to ensure on-time management of project activities.
Sourcing new suppliers and finding out what they have to offer. Place the orders and monitoring for on time delivery
Assisting and following up overdue accounts for payments.
Attending meetings and trade conferences as required on weekly basis. Any other duties the Company may reasonably require, liaising with internal and external departments.
Monitoring and managing supplier performance, processing all paper work, Receipt of goods. Maintaining and developing and approved suppliers list.
Resolve issues with contracts and supplies & maintain thorough records of orders. Complete surveys and produce pricing documents and contract terms.
Process purchase orders and requisitions for products. Communicate with prospective vendors to determine terms and availability.
Prepare reports for costs comparison, Work with other staff members to generate product specifications.
Having direct contact with the vendor regarding pending orders which has raised against them.
Contact with transporters for arranging transport for our works.
Having negotiations with vendors regarding of price, delivery time, which help of an account’s persons.
Responsible for the overall Purchase, profitability, operation, evaluates competition by visiting competing stores,
gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
Purchases inventory by researching emerging products, anticipating buyer interest, negotiating volume price breaks,
generate Purchase order, placing and expediting orders and verifying receipt.
Maintains a safe and clean store environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes, determine and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
Prepares report by collecting data, analyzing data, and summarizing information
