Improved productivity by 3X of the same assets. Basic asset care being done by operators in proactive way of abnormality identification, analysis and action plan mitigation to avoid future breakdowns,standardizing Changeover cycle times, adopting setting standards, Autonomous maintenance and Preventive maintenance standards.
