- Worked on recruitment process which includes sourcing of candidates, screening of applications.
- Worked on selection process which includes shortlisting of application, preliminary interview, scheduling the interview with Hiring Manager and HR Manager, onboarding of new employee.
- I have hands on experience of conducting and handling walk in interviews of operators with documentation and administrative work.
Field Work (Medical Setting) - Kashiba Hospital
- Worked under Smile Train Project.
- Conducted sessions at the Anganwadi to make them aware regarding cleft lip and cleft palate.
Counsellor (Urban Setting) - SevaTirth NGO
- Worked as a Counsellor to educate people with disabilities and orphan children.
- Conducted survey in rural areas to get the information on standard of living of disabled persons, with a moto to provide needed benefits from SevaTirth NGO.
Field Work (Rural Setting) - Maretha Village
- Conducted several awareness sessions with the people of the village and informed them about the importance of health and hygiene. Held a special session with the purpose of making them well acquaint with the project of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
- Organized and participated in several programs at the school including Diwali card making, Christmas celebration, Sports day, various drawing activities, creative art, and craft day, etc.
- Helped the Primary school to hold a special program of Bal medo.
- Initiated several educational sessions at the school level including the lesson of good touch and bad touch, concept of recycle waste management, etc.
