- Evaluating technical and commercial offers from vendors and preparing comparison statement.
- Evaluating technical and commercial specifications and makes of equipment.
- Submission of Tender along with required documents and guarantees.
- Attending meetings with company/manufacturer's representatives, Consultants, PMC, etc.
- Studying & Checking of Electrical Drawings with Consultants specification and Bill of quantity.
- Coordinating on day-to-day execution activities of Projects with site engineers and sub vendors.
- Coordinating with Purchase, Store and Accounts departments.
- Coordinating with consultants and design team to prepare drawings as per rules & standard of various departments.
- Overseeing the supplied materiel, procurement coordination, inspection and quality assessment as per MSA, BOQ and design in coordination with execution and procurement team.
